The Tulare (CA) Irrigation District was among the first users of the WeedSeeker®. The district uses 11 Sensors - one to the outside of each of their truck's tires, two at the rear of the truck between the tires, and seven on a boom that reaches out over the canal and can be lowered hydraulically to match the angle of the bank. The superintendent reports that savings were enough to pay for the units in their first year of use.
